00:00The numbers are staggering. Let me give you some quick statistics for you to understand.
00:05Across 10 sectors, the purpose of this entire exercise is to impact 11 million people across the country.
00:13As all of you know, it's anywhere between 40-45% of the country.
00:18So, along with the migration comes incremental cost, cost of living.
00:30This may be it.
00:38How much are we?
00:45Wait, see, see.
00:50Sir, one second.
00:52Right.
00:58It's not tea. It's too late for tea and coffee now.
01:1361.
01:27I think that they are just people coming and going.
01:40It is the responsibility of all corporates also that people who they have selected,
01:46they should ensure that they continue with the organization, they build their skills,
01:52they help them, they help them mentor, provide some mentors to build their skills and all that.
01:58Maybe keep them for longer time.
02:01So, if we do it, definitely, maybe I feel that that will be one of the way,
02:08so that these people do not get frustrated, this thing.
02:13Like now, we have seen this video after the sand art.
02:19So, that girl was saying,
02:22So, that is the biggest challenge for all of us,
02:29all corporates or for us also because we also employ nearly 80,000 people in the state.
02:36So, it is a big challenge for all the organizations.
02:39So, maybe we should step into this direction also.
02:45So, some people should be there in the organizations who can make them learn things
02:54and perform better and perform to the expectations of the people.
02:58Now, just taking them and throwing out, I don't think it is a solution for any organization.
03:05Maybe this is one of the things I wanted to maybe say on this occasion.
03:10Then, all of us see that this, whatever we are talking as demographic dividend,
03:21it should not become something else than demographic dividend.
03:27So, some people name it some young buzz or something.
03:31There are so many terms being used by people.
03:34So, it is high time that we take this issue.
03:38And we should not laugh at the people who are trying to give some suggestions.
03:44Like somebody saying that people should work 90 hours in a week.
03:50I have seen lot of people, youngsters, they are actually doing that staring more than work.
03:57So, that also we all must understand.
04:00We need to build that culture in the society.
04:03And then definitely, there is lot of fashion in the youth that they should have this and that, not the work.
04:12So, again staring at many people not doing the work.
04:15So, this is how maybe we need to build that work culture in our country.
04:23And we need to, these people were very ordinary.
04:26All those who created the OYO, that link chain or people who started this McDonald's or Swiggy or Tomato or all these things, Dabba Wala.
04:40And I read an article in one of the paper that there is one 12 years old boy in Bombay
04:47who started tie-up with the Dabba Walas and some logistic company, logistic app.
04:54And then that company was 200 crores in 2 years and just 12 years old.
05:01So, it is not difficult.
05:03Now, today's world, if you definitely help people, check up their potential and all that, help them utilize that potential,
05:15I don't think we are far from becoming a developed country.
05:20We are not far from having this 5 trillion economy.
05:25Or even other day, Honorable CM was saying that out of 5 trillion economy, why not Tejangana contribute 1 trillion economy.
05:34So, these are certain issues maybe we need to think of and look into.
05:39My request to all CEOs and all senior people in corporate is that let us think on those lines and take our country forward.
