00:00You are a bird. Your nature is to fly. You don't need to be taught your nature. You need to be freed from the cage.

00:13opening the door of the cage, we try to teach the bird to fly within the cage. And this we call as

00:22spiritual effort. Whom are you deceiving by

00:26participating in all those

00:29ridiculous flying lessons? Just erase the boundaries.

00:32Just unlock the doors. You don't have to create anything.

00:36You have to get rid of a lot. And after that,

00:39creation happens on its own. You have to let the bird out of the cage.

00:44And then the flight happens on its own. You don't have to teach
