00:30year's effort is unique, incorporating over 2,000 recycled items such as cooking oil bottles
00:35and drink cans, reflecting growing environmental awareness.
00:39The Malaysian-Chinese New Village Secretariat Chairman, Ku Pui Tiong, officially launched
00:44the festival on Saturday, joined by Macap Assemblyman and State Executive Councillor,
00:49Datuk Wee Hee Sam, who oversees health, human resources and unity.
