00:00Up to 85 vehicles were stopped by the Land Transportation Office

00:04due to various violations, including the use of old tires.

00:10According to the LTO, 22 of them are truck drivers using old tires.

00:16The LTO is warning that this could be the cause of an accident.

00:20Some vehicles were also caught unregistered,

00:23while more than 50 were due to various violations.

00:27The LTO assured that the operation will continue in order to comply with the regulations

00:31and to discipline all drivers.
