05:54I don't think Christophe Pellissier is getting much cheer out of this decision and the good

06:02news for Orsayer is that Gael Ongula is going to just trot over to the monitor and have

06:08another look at it.

06:11Did Jubbal really make any kind of contact there, even if there wasn't contact, was it

06:21a rash challenge, could still be given even if there's no contact but it was a real curious

06:28one and you see that kind of tackle very often, Jubbal just seemed to dive into the

06:33player with the ball a long, long way away.

06:41Foul or no foul, that's Gael Ongula's job.

06:54I can hear some of the Orsayer technical staff saying that he was looking for it, looking

07:04for the foul rather than actually being fouled, it's a big, big decision and a tricky one

07:12because it's not a conventional challenge by any means, doesn't necessarily have to

07:19be contact for there to be a foul, it should be contact from the arm there as you can see

07:29so that's a really tough call for Gael Ongula and that's why he's a top flight referee,

07:36one of the best in the business, the fans not liking this at all, here's the decision.

07:48No penalty, relief for Orsayer and Gael Ongula has decided that that was not worth a foul

09:09insisted that this was a penalty, well this is the incident a few minutes ago which was

09:17not a penalty and we've had just a bit of a tug on the Icelandic player's shirt since

09:24then, well well, Ongula is going to have a look at it, what a second half we've had,

09:34was that a tug on the shirt, Paul Joly pulling back Haraldsson, was that enough for a penalty?
