And if all these adults could start acting like adults and stop acting like children,

I think the things that we, you know, we were all children one day and we take from when

we were children into our adulthood.

And I think that adults need to remember that, that children are very impressionable.

They're sensitive.

They're innocent.

And, you know, you need to create peace in their lives for their health and happiness.

And I think that that's what we all like really want for the kids is just a happy environment

for them to be for them to be happy and be children.

I mean, I've always been proud because even through like even in the heyday, back in 2016-17,

never involved the kids.

And it was really important.

I've always been proud of them, too.

Like I came into in 2019 and they were working together still and they didn't have the strongest

relationship then.

And there were some issues, but no matter what, in front of the kids, they were nice

to each other.

They communicated for the kids.

And I always thought that was so amazing that they did that.

I think I have a very quick bounce back.

Like I can be upset and I can wake up the next morning and I don't care.

I think a lot of people hold grudges for a very long time over things that are so insignificant.

And so if you're going to hold a grudge with an ex, I, the poor kids, that's so not fair

for them.

So when I split up with Tarek, I asked some friends whose parents got divorced, like,

what did your parents do right and wrong?

And they said the ones that complained about the other parent or, you know, talk or were

negative.

They did not like that.

And that's not me in general, but I was just so careful with that to never do those things

in front of the kids.

And I think that's really gone a long way.

So that would be my best advice is don't hold a grudge, just rebuild, communicate, try to

focus on the children.
