00:16where the sky is still clear and there are moderate to heavy rains,
00:23especially in the Bicol region, Maropa, Quezon and Visayas.

00:34Meanwhile, in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Administrivision and Central Luzon,
00:41the weather is still clear.
00:43It is expected that today, there will still be heavy rains.
00:47Here in Metro Manila, as well as in other parts of Luzon,

00:55we do not expect heavy rains here in Metro Manila,
