00:05We've obviously got to strike a balance between the cost of the railway's cost to taxpayers and
00:10fair payers but look this is going to offer for several weeks up until the end of March
00:15the opportunity to travel for up to 50% off and actually if we get five million or more extra
00:21journeys that's good for the people who take them, it's good for railway revenue and it's
00:25good for the economy. Well if people start using the railway if they haven't done it before and
00:30find that it's quicker and reliable which is part of the government's plan for change which is making
00:34the railway more reliable which is what I spend all my time doing then actually that will be a
00:38success. The government's plan for change is the biggest change the railway's organisation
00:43in a generation and Great British Railways is designed to reduce the cost of running the railway
00:49increase the amount of travel and also make the railway more reliable.
00:53I'm really confident that that can be achieved.
