All the wildfires in Los Angeles are individual fires spreading from different areas, the spokesperson for the Los Angeles Fire Department Margeret Stewart says.

00:00you we understand there's more than one wildfire in the area what's the status
00:06of the fires are they spreading well they're all individual fires that
00:11weren't they're not a part of an extension of each other so you know
00:16there are main one we have is down in Pacific Palisades that's the one that
00:19started yesterday morning about 1030 here our second one is up in the valley
00:26north of Los Angeles in the north end of Los Angeles that's called the Hearst
00:31fire and then Pasadena which is a separate city with a separate fire
00:36department has a fire that's kind of in the northeast it's a town called Alta
00:41Dena so that's southeast of the Hearst fire but a distance away is it it's not
00:48a situation of those being created off of one another and then we have a much
00:53smaller fire in what's an area called the Sepulveda Basin which is a big open
00:59field area there's no homes threatened in that fire
