00:00The Bicol region has experienced heavy rainfall,

00:03along the Shire Line and Amihan.

00:05Because of this, some places in the region were flooded.

00:09The details are in the news report of Emmanuel Bongcodin of Radyo Pilipinas Albay.

00:16This river was damaged along with Albay,

00:19which collided with Barangay Itba and Barangay Kawit

00:22because of the flooding and heavy rain.

00:24The residents of Legazpio City

00:28were forced to leave their homes to avoid being trapped in the flood.

00:31It was also difficult for vehicles to cross Barangay Rizal in Sorsogon City

00:36because of the heavy flooding.

00:38In Katanduanes,

00:40there was a landslide in Barangay Ginitligan-Baras,

00:43so only motorcycles could pass through the affected roads.

00:48In Camarinasur, a spillway was blown up in Sangay

00:51because of the heavy rainfall in the towns of Karamohan and Goa

00:56under the Yellow Rainfall Warning.

00:58The floods in the Bicol Region

01:01were caused by the Shire Line and Amihan.

01:04That is why the Albay Provincial Government

01:07was forced to suspend the government offices

01:10for school and work.

01:13Local governments and government agencies

01:16were instructed to remain alert

01:19and to follow the warnings they issued.
