00:21Serbian has stated the plane was shot down by Russian air defenses, which Moscow says

00:25were operating in the area at the time.

00:27Russian President Vladimir Putin has apologized for the incident in his country's airspace,

00:31but has not responded to claims that the plane was hit by Russian weapons.
