00:16I had a dream of joining Jammu and Kashmir Police, which I have fulfilled today.

00:22Today was a peaceful parade, a passing out parade, in which I got a chance to become a parade commander.

00:28On this occasion, I would like to say that Jammu and Kashmir Police is one of the best police services in our country.

00:37Because along with the law and order situation, there are many other situations that we deal with.

00:42Narco-terrorism, cyber-terrorism, there are many other challenges that Jammu and Kashmir Police faces.

00:48We are going to join Jammu and Kashmir Police today, this fraternity.

00:52It was a long journey for me. First I did B.Tech, then I did a job in finance, in the government service.

00:58But I always wanted to join the civil service.

01:02Because in the civil service, you get a big domain to work in.

01:07You work in different places, meet different people, serve different people, see different cultures.

01:13So I wanted to fulfill every aspect of this job.

01:19So I was preparing for this job for a long time.

01:23There are many challenges, and there are more challenges in the police force.

01:27So you have to take people along with you.

01:30You have to tackle the challenges of the police force and the civil department together.
