Bradford Media Museum reopens with the Wrong Trousers

The unveiling of a new star object, Techno Trousers, specially created by Aardman in the museum’s foyer.   The one of a kind model is a 2m tall replica of the Techno Trousers first seen in The Wrong Trousers, along with Feathers McGraw, making a playful reference to the plot of the film, and will be seen ‘climbing’ the museum’s wall above the welcome desk.  As it will be suspended from the museum wall, there will also be a chance to photograph it from different angles from the museum’s internal balconies. The museum will be reopening to the public on 8 Jan following a £6m transformation, and the new star model will be the new focal point of the museum’s revamped foyer space.

00:20the wrong trousers or techno trousers and when visitors arrive they're going

00:25to see this amazing huge model above their heads above the welcome desk.

00:34control. We've been working in partnership with Aardman for many years.

00:39People might remember in our experience TV galleries we had a number of Aardman

00:44models and we've got Morph on on the facade of the building welcoming

00:48everyone back to the museum and it's just really exciting to continue this

00:53partnership with Aardman creating this unique iconic model.
