00:04reminded LGUs of the implementation of the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000.

00:10This is in the middle of the left-wing concern about the uncollected waste in Metro Manila

00:16following the celebration of the new year.

00:18Because of this, the local officials are urging their plan to address the problem.

00:27The DENR also gave importance to proper waste management
