Many hostages on list probably dead

00:00OK, and of course, there are, it's estimated, about 100 hostages left behind in Gaza.

00:08This leaked list contains the names of 34.

00:11I mean, what proof of life is there of any of them?

00:16There's no proof of life of anyone except those who have been filmed in videos recently,

00:21including a young woman and just a couple of nights ago.

00:24This list, by the way, was an Israeli list that was given to Hamas back in July.

00:29The Israelis published the list themselves in September.

00:32Somehow, someone said that this was a list that Hamas agreed to.

00:38I don't believe that's true.

00:39I don't believe that Hamas can agree to the list, because to the best of our knowledge,

00:44some of the names on the list are people who are already dead.

00:47And the Israelis were talking in the first stage of a deal about releasing only living

00:51hostages.
