03:24And what Arvind Kejriwal had promised, that he would give Rs.1000 to the women of Delhi,

03:31that women's honour scheme was passed in the cabinet.

03:39that today when these BJP people have thrown me out of the Chief Minister's house,

03:52today I am taking an oath that I will get Rs.2100 to every woman of Delhi.

04:00Under the Sanjeevani scheme, I will get every elderly person of Delhi

04:10I will get Rs.18,000 to every priest of Delhi, to every scribe, every month.

04:20The people of the BJP should understand,

04:24that every worker of the Aam Aadmi Party, every politician, every minister,

04:34He has come out to work for the people of Delhi.

04:38The more you trouble us, the more passionately we will work for the people of Delhi.
