00:56this step of getting the students into so much of risk of getting their degrees cancelled

01:03because the entire process is completely illegal when you don't inform the President and the

01:09Chancellor of the University.

01:10One more thing that the Indian Rural Development Ministry like with regard to the centre is

01:11withholding funds. It says there are N number of irregularities when the inspection went

01:12on.

01:13It is because you know the Agricultural Honourable Minister of the Centre, Shri Mananya Shri

01:29Shivraj Singh Chauhanji, in the Parliament the other day, 4-5 days back, he mentioned

01:35that a team from the centre had gone to make this survey and the central team was accompanied

01:43by the state team. And there in front of the state team it has been proved that the process,

01:50the rules which should have been followed, hasn't been followed. So we need an explanation,

01:57the centre needs an explanation. If all other states are following when you are taking money

02:04and perks from the central government, you need to follow the rules and regulations of

02:08the central government. But here, our Chief Minister has the time to do a procession,

02:19fakely falsely accusing the Honourable Home Minister Amit Shahji that he has insulted

02:28Dr B R Ambedkar. But our Chief Minister always breaks the constitution laid down by Dr B

02:39R Ambedkar. She doesn't follow the federal structure. She doesn't follow the rules and

02:46regulations which is laid down in the constitution. And here she is today, you know, doing a protest

02:53march with all her theatrics that Honourable Home Minister has insulted Dr B R Ambedkar.

03:02So the people of Bengal will take a call.

03:06It's very shocking to see some of them have access to voter ID cards, belongs to Bengal.

03:16See, it's very clear that our West Bengal, our state, our motherland and the Chief Minister

03:26Mamata Banerjee, because of her appeasement politics, has been giving shelter to all kinds

03:32of terrorists. And appeasement politics to what extent that Trinamool public representatives,

03:44whether a panchayat member, whether a councillor, whether a MLA or MP or a minister,

03:49are hand in gloves to give shelter to these terrorists, to these anti-social criminals

04:33being kicked out of Kashmir. But the terrorist knows that through a Trinamool, Janaprati Nidhi

04:40or a public representative, he will be getting the ration card, he will get the voter card,

04:46he will get the pan card, Aadhar card and he will settle down here. Where are we heading?

04:51Where is our security? Not only is Mamata Banerjee putting at risk our lives, the people of Bengal's

05:00lives, but also the 140 crore Bharatwasi all over India, they are at risk because of Mamata Banerjee

05:08and her appeasement politics.
