00:00A 19-year-old man in Cebu City was found dead after he was trapped inside a burning house.

00:06Cebu City Fire Station is still investigating the cause of the fire that was caused by the first alarm.

00:19Videos were taken of the people inside the burning house in Barangay Duljo Fatima on Sunday morning.

00:27Witnesses were waiting for the firemen to respond to the trapped residents.

00:33After almost an hour of fighting, a family discovered that their 13-year-old son was no longer alive.

00:44The missing son was found dead after he was left inside a burning house.

00:50The family thought that he jumped to the ground floor.

00:56Unfortunately, he went back to his room.

01:00The house caught fire and he was not able to get out.

01:08Cebu City Fire Station added that even though they responded quickly,

01:13they had a hard time entering the fire scene because of the narrow path.

01:18We were not able to pass through the large fire tracks.

01:22We still needed to connect the hose so that we can penetrate to the inner or to the interior portion.

01:32Cebu City's LGU responded to the rescue efforts of a minor.

01:39Meanwhile, they were the ones who collected the items that could be used for fire protection.

01:46They also called for their family to be allowed to rebuild their house.

02:03The BFP's investigation continues on the cause of the fire.

02:06The damage caused by the fire was more than P6,000, affecting 30 families.
