00:00Hi guys, my name is Jack Marshall. I'm a digital reporter with the Lancashire Post
00:04and Blackpool Gazette newspapers and happy new year. Welcome back to our property series
00:09where we give you a bit of a look around a home on the market in the Lancashire area,
