00:35Well I do think care workers deserve more, I'll tell you why it's not quite as simple as you've

00:42just suggested, because obviously when it comes to increasing wages we do need to find the money

00:48and all I just say to people is that in the last six months we've taken some big decisions as a

00:55government and sometimes unpopular decisions, if I think back to the budget...
