Montenegro has extradited South Korean cryptocurrency mogul Do Kwon to the U.S. after an 18-month legal battle. Kwon is the co-founder of Terraform, which operated TerraUSD and Luna, two cryptocurrencies that crashed in 2022. He's accused of causing investors around the world about US$40 billion in losses.
