00:00The Department of Agriculture has announced that they will stop talking about the rice branding issue.

00:07According to Agriculture Secretary Francisco Chulaurel Jr.,

00:11one of their plans this January is to remove the branding of rice

00:17which is a reason for retailers and traders to confuse consumers about the price of rice.

00:24It is expected that the issue will be resolved by the personnel who inspected the market

00:29in some families in Metro Manila.

00:31Meanwhile, this month, the government is speeding up the standardization of the label of rice

00:37by other agencies,

00:39as well as the continuous monitoring of its price in markets and other families.
