With drones and fireworks, UAE's Ras Al Khaimah rings in the new year

Fireworks shone over Ras Al-Khaimah on New Year's Eve, as hundreds gathered to ring in the new year.

In one of seven emirates that make up the United Arab Emirates, Ras Al-Khaimah used drones and fireworks for this year's display.

Drones showed the countdown and other formations including an oyster shell with a pearl and a hand gripping a ball.
