00:00According to PHIVOX, even though the earthquake-stricken areas in Ilocos may have been connected to the Manila Trench,

00:06it does not have a connection to the West Valley Fault.

00:08PHIVOX recorded a 5.6-magnitude earthquake with an epicenter in Bangui, Ilocos Norte,

00:13where the highest intensity 5 in Ilocos Sur and Calaveria, Cagayan, was also recorded.

00:20SHAM also recorded aftershocks with a maximum magnitude of 3.9.

00:24PHIVOX also explained that the earthquakes may continue,

00:27but not only in the Manila Trench, but also in other active trenches of the country.
