00:00A total of 163 people were injured in the explosion, according to the health department, as of December 30, 2021.

00:13There are new cases where 148 are men and 15 are women.

00:20This is higher than 113 firework-related injuries at the same time last year.

00:28According to the DOH, the use of firecrackers is to be avoided.

00:34Instead, alternative sounds such as snorkeling are used.

00:41Children are also not allowed to use firecrackers.
