00:13According to the Bureau of Customs, the shipment came from Germany and arrived on December 4.

00:19After the field testing of FIDEA, it confirmed that this is an illegal drug.

00:24They filed a Warrant of Seizure and Detention for the shipment that violated the RA-10863 or the Customs Modernization and Tariffs Act.
