00:00Okay, we want to start with the issue of the relationship between FAM and KAFA, the Malaysian Football Association, FAM.

00:12Nafi acted hastily in violating the rules of the Kelantan Football Association, KAFA.

00:16On the contrary, the decision was taken in accordance with the rules that are contained in the Statute of the Relationship Body.

00:21The Ministry of Internal Affairs, FAM, which was established last October,

00:25did its best to chronology the case before deciding to suspend KAFA as a member of the Association,

00:38According to Article 17 of the FAM Statute,

00:41for the FAM to suspend the members of the Association,

00:47the members of the Association must be found to have seriously violated the obligations

00:53and to have committed a serious offense in order to be allowed to be suspended.

00:58As for us, we did not commit any offense.

01:05On what merits were we suspended?

01:07The issue of our suspension has nothing to do with the suspension of our Association.

01:13Because if the suspension happens, it means that we just have to go back to the way we were.

01:17And our status as members of the Association is still valid.

01:20In this issue, I myself still think,

01:24if there is no other way out, maybe there is no choice,

01:27I have to find a way to bring this case to court.

01:30Because I have no way to solve the problem.

01:37According to the chairperson of the FAM Law Office, Sarah Nadarajah,

01:40KAFA must respect the decision that has been made

01:43and should follow the instructions to carry out the restructuring of the Congress.

01:46She insisted that the FAM would not impose any punishment

01:50if KAFA was found not guilty.

01:52The decision to suspend KAFA was made based on Article 17 of the FAM Statute,

01:56that is, the executive authority of the FAM can suspend any member of the Association.

02:00The FAM suspended KAFA's Congress for the 65th time

02:03and the election of the Executive Authority of the FAM in 2024-2028,

02:08which has been going on for 19 years, is not true

02:11and has been informed to the Executive Officer of the Malaysian Embassy, BJS.

02:17The decision made by the Executive Authority of the FAM

02:22is a decision that has been made after hearing the arguments of all parties.

02:34I hope that all parties are asked to respect the decision of the Executive Authority of the FAM

02:43and all dissatisfaction can be resolved through the procedures established by the Executive Office of the FAM.
