00:36DOH Secretary Ted Herbosa also pointed out what to do and avoid to maintain a healthy body.
00:46This includes avoiding fat, oily, and sweet foods.
00:52If we eat too much or binge-eat because we have a party every night,
00:57we should exercise, walk, bike, and swim to burn calories.

01:12If you drink, don't drive a car or motorcycle. It's dangerous.
01:22The DOH also reminded the public to report those who use and sell illegal fireworks such as BOGA, Five Star, and Piccolo.
01:33But it's better not to use any type of fireworks.

01:40Therefore, children should avoid products with poison or powder such as small firecrackers such as WATUSI.
01:48Instead, the DOH urged the public to use alternative sounds such as torotot, caldero, or magkantahan with friends.
