00:24According to NDRMC Executive Director and Undersecretary Ariel Nepomuceno,

00:30as part of their task is to strengthen the awareness and response of the local governments.

00:44earthquakes, tsunamis, and possible landslides during bad times.

00:50The official also emphasized that it is important to consult the agencies and local governments

01:11This was stated by the Mayor of Pagkain Supercommittee Overall Chair Joey Salceda

01:16in the Planning and Declaration of the Department of Agriculture of the Food Security Agency.

01:21According to Salceda, if the Food Security Emergency is implemented immediately,

01:26as amended by the Rice Tarification Law,

01:29the price of rice will surely be reduced.
