00:05Among them was a woman whose hand was broken because of the 5-star,

00:21after the 5-star exploded last night.

00:24Her left hand was broken and some of her fingers were cut off.

00:27She was just surprised that it exploded in her hand.

00:30It was not removed from her hand.

00:33It was stuck.

00:35They were a bit drunk.

00:37Her left hand was really broken.

00:40The middle part of her hand was broken.

00:42The bones were already broken.

00:44So, they will do an amputation to close it.

00:48She was the second victim of gunfire in the Philippine Orthopedic Center.

00:53In Boga, the 12-year-old child who was taken to the Tondo Medical Center

00:57was prohibited from firing.

00:59Her fingers and fingers were burned and cut off.

01:02There were already 4 firecrackers-related incidents in the Tondo Medical Center.

01:33That's why the DOH is pushing for an absolute ban on gunfire.

01:37But because there is no law regarding this,

01:39we should be committed to community enforcement

01:42so that we won't be seen in our homes.

01:45We should be seen only in designated areas.

01:48In Quezon City, there is an ordinance prohibiting gunfire in public places

01:52even in front of the house.

01:54That's why in Barangay Basra,

02:03there are designated community firecrackers or fireworks display zones

02:07such as this mini park.

02:09Gunfire or fireworks are also allowed.
