Deal necessary for ISIS prisoners

00:20Well, I mean, there's not only prisons, there's also several IDP camps

00:25where there are like 50,000 ISIS families, basically.

00:30And then you have prisoners with different nationalities from foreign countries, etc.

00:36So, I mean, it's possible.

00:38I mean, if there will be an agreement between the SDF and the new administration,

00:42Damascus, to hand over those prisons to Damascus,

00:45but there have to be some form of bigger deal on what to do with northern Syria.
