00:29Meanwhile, NLEX has announced that toll fees will be free on the expressways, including NLEX, starting at 10pm tonight until 6am tomorrow, December 25.
00:40This will also be repeated from 10pm on December 31 until 6am on January 1.
00:47Now, with some light rain, NLEX reminds everyone to avoid driving under the influence, especially with parties happening later.
