00:05It's just that when time is expended in activities that please us,

00:16that significant chunks of your time

00:19are being taken away by activities you do not even want to admit to yourself.

00:24All of us are involved in activities

00:26that simply, but silently,

00:29surreptitiously,

00:31now at our time.

00:33Those things are not bold enough and open enough

00:35to just come and declare,

00:37yes, we are going to take away two hours of your daily schedule.

00:40They will not declare that.

00:42Because if they will declare that, they will be caught.

00:44You will say, oh, it's so bad.

00:46Two hours spent everyday gossiping,

00:49chatting,

00:51or scrawling reels.

00:53No, no, no, that's just too bad.

00:55Try keeping a record.

00:56Try seeing where it actually is going.
