00:14When you are tired, that's when you should be hitting the hardest.

00:23Remember, these are all things embedded in the body.

00:26And the body comes from the jungle.

00:29We are no more creatures of the jungle.

00:32We are not to be ruled by the body.

00:34What do you want? To use your body or to be used by the body?

00:37Use your body. Otherwise, your body will use you.
