00:05the Philippine Coast Guard immediately responded to extinguish the fire.

00:09They will also conduct the initial investigation.

00:14A private plane in Argentina overshot the runway and went straight to the residential area.

00:19It was followed by a blazing fire and thick smoke.

00:23The pilot and co-pilot were killed.

00:25And the plane from Uruguay lost control.
