00:07This is the result of the 30-minute interval scheme
00:11implemented by the authorities in Sitio Mahuka in Lungson ng Lupi,
00:14as well as in Marangay Kabutagan, Patungong Ragay and Manila.
00:18The route is to give way to the southbound and northbound routes of the province.
00:23For the alternate routes,
00:25all light vehicles can pass through the Sipokot-Camarinas-Norte route
00:29or the Santa Elena-Capalonga-Daet-Camarinas-Norte route if they are from Manila.
00:34The Police Regional Office Bicol is very grateful to all the agencies that helped
00:39to reduce the traffic congestion on the Andaya Highway.
00:43Congestion will be reduced due to uneven roads,
00:46continuous road repairs,
00:48and non-disciplined drivers who are counter-flowing.
