01:36Ruvaldez said, the Camaray is also ready to recommend

01:41by members of the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation or PhilHealth.
01:45If funds remain stable and in surplus,
01:48we will recommend a one-year suspension of premium payments
01:52for all paying members.
01:54This will serve as a form of relief
