00:13Hundreds of obstacle course racing athletes from different parts of the country gathered
00:19to be one of the largest obstacle course racing events of the year
00:25and the first edition of the National Obstacle Games organized by the Philippines Obstacle Sports Federation or POSF.
00:32In a two-day race, obstacle course racers competed in events such as parkour,
00:40obstacle course racing 6km,
00:438km,
00:45ninja elite,
00:46ninja bulilit,
00:48OCR and adaptive para-OCR.
00:50With the help of the Philippine Sports Commission and Philippine Olympic Committee,
00:54the POSF's long-term plan to build a national champion in the said competition
01:00and discover new athletes who have the potential to be part of the Philippine team.
01:05According to POSF President Atty. Alberto Agra,
01:09it was a pleasure to run the event that was a long-term part of their plan
01:14to promote their sport in the country.
01:17In addition to Agra,
01:19the POSF will host an event in their successful campaign this year
01:24as well as the Dubai World Obstacle Championships
01:28in which a gold, a silver and a bronze medal will be presented.
