00:11Yesterday, the President helped Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin,

00:15Finance Secretary Ralph Recto,

00:17Budget Secretary Amina Pangandaman,

00:19NEDA Secretary Arsenio Balizacan,

00:22and DPWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan to study the Pondos for the next year.

00:28Presidential Communications Office Acting Secretary Cesar Chavez refused to share the details of the so-called help.

00:35The President signed the 2025 National Budget on December 20,

00:40but it was postponed because the President still needs to review it thoroughly.
