00:00The palace confirmed that President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr. will sign the national budget for next year on Monday.

00:09According to Presidential Communications Acting Secretary Cesar Chavez,

00:13the ceremonial signing of the General Appropriations Bill will be done on Monday

00:18after the expected arrival of the first executive of some activities related to Rizal Day.

00:25Yesterday, the President helped the economic cluster of the government

00:29to review the 2025 budget that is worth Php 6.3 trillion.

00:36This is just one of the series of efforts led by the Chief Executive to review the budget.

00:44The President said earlier that he needs more time to review the national budget

00:52because of the many changes made by the Congress.

00:55He also said that he wants to be sure and to approve the budget for the priority projects of the government.
