00:00The House Quad Committee has formally recommended the filing of Crimes Against Humanity

00:05against former President Rodrigo Duterte and other personalities.

00:10According to Quad Com Chair Robert Ace Barbers,

00:12the recommendation is based on evidence and testimony regarding illegal pogos,

00:17illegal drugs, and extrajudicial killings during the last administration.

00:21As for the cases being filed against former President Duterte,

00:26Sen. Bato Dela Rosa, Sen. Bongo, and former PNP chiefs Oscar Albayalde and Debol Sinas,

00:32Barbers also placed them on the committee's agenda

00:36based on their testimonies.
