00:00Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr. made it clear that the government will not declare a holiday truce to the rebelling communists this year.

00:09According to Teodoro, any ceasefire deal with the Communist Party of the Philippines, New People's Army, and National Democratic Front
