00:24And it's just because it hasn't seemed at the top of the list of the important things that I need

00:31to talk about. Yeah. But why is that? But obviously it is. Um, so I, I'm not really very good at like

00:40doing the bigger picture. I wonder if there's a sort of something to do with my sort of ADHD

00:44as well is that I don't, I don't link a lot of things. And also my body and my brain are

00:51two very separate things to me.
