00:00The Philippine Coast Guard will raise the alert from December 20 to January 3.

00:06This is for the greatest security and safety in the face of the increasing number of passengers for Christmas and New Year.

00:14According to the PCG, the inspection of their canine units and security teams in terminals and ships will be carried out.

00:23They will continue to assist the Philippine Ports Authority and Maritime Industry Authority for the inspection of ships.

00:32Their personnel will also patrol tourist destinations.

00:36And if necessary, the PCG is ready to assist in adding lifeguards and first responders.

00:42The agency is also calling on the public to remain alert against evil spirits for their own safety.
