00:33According to the PSA, two-thirds or more than half of these individuals have no records.
00:39However, there are some individuals whose birth, marriage, and death records match their data.
00:47According to Good Government Panel Chair Joel Chua,
00:50if the names of the confidential funds recipients are not seen in the Civil Registry,
00:55there is a high possibility that they are not real people and that the OVP just happened to look at their acknowledgment receipts.

01:09and that is also what the committee is currently investigating.
01:12Under the OVP, Vice President Sara Duterte firstly denied the camera recordings
