00:00Well, we are aware of the drone sightings.
00:03As I've said, I think there are more than 8,000 drones flown every day in the United
00:08States.
00:09With respect to the ability to incapacitate those drones, we are limited in our authorities.
00:15We have certain agencies within the Department of Homeland Security that can do that and
00:20outside our department.
00:22But we need those authorities expanded as well.
00:26We have not seen any foreign, we know of no foreign involvement with respect to the
00:32sightings in the Northeast.
00:34And we are vigilant in investigating this matter, the Department of Homeland Security,
00:39with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the lead.
00:43Look, it is our job to be vigilant in the federal government with our state and local
00:48partners on behalf of the American public.
00:51And we can assure their safety by reason of that vigilance.
00:55We've deployed personnel, technology, and if there is any reason for concern, if we
01:01identify any foreign involvement or criminal activity, we will communicate with the American
01:07public accordingly.
01:09Right now, we are not aware of any.
01:12If we become aware of any, we will communicate accordingly and take appropriate action.
01:17What the f*** is that?
01:20It's a drone.
01:24It has to be a drone.
01:25There's so many of them out here.
