00:00The UAP Fighting Maroons once again dominated the UAAP Men's Basketball

00:05after beating the De La Salle Green Archers in the Game 3 of the Season 87 Finals in the Araneta Coliseum last night.

00:19The UAAP Men's Basketball will return to the crown in the dark

00:22after being defeated by the UAP Fighting Maroons.

00:27The defending champion, De La Salle Green Archers, was defeated in Game 3 of their Championship Series last night.

00:34The result of the match was down to the wire

00:36because De La Salle beat the UAP's 14-point lead.

00:41But the UAP Fighting Maroons didn't give up

00:44when Quentin Meliora-Brown took the lead and scored 14 points and 10 rebounds.

00:50In the end, the score was 66-62.

00:58It's just something that I'll always look back at and smile.

01:01In his last season in the league,

01:03the graduating guard, JD Cagulangan, will fill the title of the Finals MVP.

01:09Cagulangan scored the average of 13.7 markers, 4.3 boards, 4.7 dimes, 1.3 steals, and 0.7 blocks in the series.

01:25I'm so happy that I was able to join this program.

01:33And the UAP deserved to win this season.

02:18I'm just really happy. It's a surreal feeling.

02:21This is my first time officially to win a championship in my entire life.

02:31for the King Archer of LaSalle, Kevin Quimbao.

02:35When asked if the news that he's going to South Korea
