00:04Because motivation helps nobody.

00:06You do not require motivation.

00:07You require realization.

00:11whether something is important.

00:15don't just write down

00:17four words about it.

00:18Give four minutes to it.

00:20Just four minutes.

00:21And ask yourself,

00:22why is this thing important?

00:24Why?

00:25What does it

00:26give to me?

00:27What does it turn me into?

00:29How does it help me,

00:31raise me,

00:32strengthen me,

00:33purify me?

00:34And if you have

00:35good enough answers,

00:37then you'll find it has become

00:38impossible now

00:39to avoid that task.

00:41You'll keep everything else aside

00:44and commit yourself to that task

00:46if you really understand its importance.

00:48So we see the problem lies

00:50not in the absence of willpower

00:52but in the absence of understanding.

00:54Have you seen how motivated you are

00:57just by yourself,

00:58inspired from within,

01:00when you really know the importance of something?
