Zelenskyy slams Russian attacks on Ukrainian energy facilties as 'cynical'

Russia has repeatedly attempted to cripple Ukraine's electricity system by launching massive aerial attacks in an effort to break the will of civilians left in the dark with no running water or heating.

00:44And in the southern city of Odessa, authorities say air defenses shot down all Russian missiles.

00:50There was some damage to civilian infrastructure from falling debris, but no reported injuries

00:55or fatalities.
