00:00Continuing from the previous video, instruct the player to bend at the hips so waist is 90 degrees, creating a flat back.

00:09Squeeze your shoulder blades together, this will also make your chest proud.

00:14Get your player to tuck in their elbows and hands in the ready position.

00:19Place the head in neutral with eyes looking forward.

00:23Get the player to hold this position for 20 seconds.

00:27To check for stability, get a partner to gently push the torso when the player is holding shape.

00:34Repeat this set up to 10 times, giving them a rest of 10 seconds between each go.
